As part of my daily routine, I have the opportunity to actively engage in various professional activities that not only allow me to enrich my professional profile based on the experience they generate, but I am also fortunate to be part of distinguished world-class institutions, recognized as an expert for my track record and areas of expertise.
I have over 20 years of professional experience, with the last 18 years dedicated to the field of consulting in IT Governance, Service Management, Business Process Management, Project and Program Management, and Continuous Organizational Improvement. My experience spans different sectors of the economy, such as transportation, finance, logistics, telecommunications, mining, BPO services, among others, in both public and private organizations in Spain and Latin America. In the last 10 years alone, I have participated as an expert in over 50 projects related to my expertise, for some of the leading companies in Latin America. Additionally, I have personally trained over 7,500 professionals, including more than 300 ITIL Experts, over 60 ITIL4 Managing Professionals, and more than 4,000 professionals in ITIL Foundation (version 3, 2011 edition, and version 4).
Additionally, thanks to my recognized track record and expertise, I collaborate with AXELOS as a Subject Matter Expert and with the Global Trust Association as a Strategic Advisor. Among many others, I hold certifications such as ITIL Expert, ITIL4 Managing Professional, ISO20000 Consultant Manager, COBIT Assessor, and LEAN IT Kaizen.
In the realm of entrepreneurship, I am the founder of PMC, a renowned Latin American consultancy with two business lines: 1. IT Governance and Management Consulting, and 2. Official Training and Certification. Through these services, the consultancy has provided more than 100,000 hours of specialized consulting to some of the leading companies in the Spanish-speaking market, and trained over 15,000 professionals.
I am a professional always focused on creating a different service logic that guarantees organizational objectives. I have a consistent performance, congruent and with solid principles, with levels of self-demand and commitment that are truly tangible, which I instill as a culture in the organizations I lead.
